Catty's Technical Service group is responsive to customer needs. With over 50 years of combined industry experience and education in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, and Mechanical Engineering, Catty has the knowledge to solve technical problems in an urgent manner.

Our entrepreneurial environment allows us to understand customer technical issues and respond quickly with flexible alternatives. We regularly travel to customer plants to:

• Understand the product application and specific production equipment
• Troubleshoot "runability" issues and offer improvements
• Provide operator training

Catty has purchased and built testing apparatus that duplicate the individual customer applications. This allows us to quickly test product and offer solutions. In most cases, and on short notice, Catty will travel to customer locations to be present for all trials and/or troubleshooting.
